Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy:

Packages may be checked and opened in the presence of the courier. Shipments may be refused with the courier and return shipping fees are to be paid. After the courier leaves, we can not provide a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached for return with the courier. 

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the returned items. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
